Happy New Year 2023 everyone! We are so excited for everything the New Year has to bring, especially our annual S.A Juneteenth Block Party & Fair!
Anyone who participated in or attended last year’s event knows that it was an AMAZING time for ALL! So get a head start and secure your business’s space for our upcoming 2024 S.A Juneteenth Block Party & Fair. Trust us, you do not want to hesitate. Spaces are limited and will fill up FAST!
As always we go out of our way to showcase, support, and show appreciation for our many small business vendors and community organizations who partner with us year after year. Together let’s make this year’s block party & fair the DOPEST and MOST EXCITING EVER!

Small Business/Non-profit: For the purposes of this event a small business vendor is defined as a locally owned and operated business having not more than 20 employees or staff and NOT belonging to ANY national chain or parent corporation. It is important that our small business vendor booths remain available to modest community-based businesses with limited resources who desire to introduce their products and/or services to our attendees. If your business is larger in scale and exceeds these criteria, we hope that you would consider showing your support by purchasing a corporate booth or become a sponsor for this event. You can find more information about becoming a sponsor by clicking here. There will only be 2 vendors in the same industry allowed. Your application will be reviewed within 72hrs of submission. You will receive an email and text message regarding the status of your application. NO beverage sales are ALLOWED. ALL beverage sales will be conducted by Dream Big Scholarship Fund Inc.
All applicable vendor fees must be paid in full within 48hrs once your application is approved. These fees may be paid via the debit/ credit or PayPal option below. If you need to pay by check please contact B Michele to make arrangements. Vendor Applications will be accepted From March 1st through April 30th, 2024 and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Vendor spaces for this event are limited for this premier event so we suggest submitting your application and processing your payment online as soon as possible.
All Vendors must occupy the space provided as designated by event organizers and in accordance with the event pre-planned layout and event staff and volunteers will manage all space assignments. If you desire a particular location or space, please be as specific as possible on your application. We will do our best to accommodate you, NO GUARANTEES.
All vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax at the current Texas state sales tax rate.
All vendor applicants must have their completed application submitted by April 30th, 2024. Please be advised that NO space is reserved until payment has been remitted IN FULL! Space will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VENDOR APPLICATIONS MAY STILL BE SUBMITTED after the deadline BUT APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
